These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nitsolver website and solver application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

nitsolver is a calculator that estimates perceived antes and penalty equity for stand-up, nit, and squid poker formats. The results are provided for informational and educational purposes only. nitsolver does not facilitate gambling, accept wagers, or guarantee any outcome.

Accounts

To purchase access you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

Purchases and access

• The Service is offered as a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the solver for the purchasing account.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to these Terms.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as the Service remains operational. We do not guarantee the Service will be available indefinitely.

Refunds

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@nitsolver.com and we will review your request. Except where required by law, refunds are provided at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service or its outputs in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent access controls or payment requirements.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that disrupts or harms the Service or other users.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by nitsolver and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal use, subject to these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nitsolver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
